The Parroquia at Sunset

Driving in Mexico is kind of like trying navigate a minefield using a pogo stick.  Ultimately, Mexico is just a hop, skip and a jump for most of us and I highly recommend just getting in your car and going.  Mexico will challenge but it won’t disappoint.  All of my roads seemed to have led me to San Miguel de Allende.  It was during my second afternoon in SMdA while meandering around the zocola, when I looked up and saw the possibility in what might present itself later on that afternoon.  It was then that I chose a westward facing perch on the roof of a local cantina.  With with a frosty bottle of one of Mexico's finest in front of me, I sat and waited for dusk’s demise.
