Gods in the Alleyway
Literally stumbling around a small village out in the desert in western India, the pouring of the concrete and ultimately it’s levelness, I found to be a matter of personal opinion. If not for a slight breeze, the smells and sounds of India hung over you like a wet blanket. Pushkar, a maze of passages and mysterious doorways leading to unknown fates, is one of India’s holiest. As this scene passed my peripheral, I took but a few steps further when it hit me at what lie in waiting. two peaceful beings rest there, but much more reveals itself in that alleyway that day.
